A few months back I had the pleasure of kicking off the inaugural DisruptHR Toronto event and sharing my thoughts on how HR needs to think AHLOT (A Higher Level of Thought).

It was a fun and diverse crowd that was captured by the mandatory 5-minute, 20- slide format; but above all, they entertained and embraced change.
